MEET SUGAR

Hi, I'm Olubukola, though most people know me as Sugar.

I'm a Registered Nurse, author, coach and content creator, and the founder of My Life As Sugar. Everything I build starts from one belief that has never changed: becoming a nurse is easier than you think when you have the right person in your corner.

I created The Ultimate Nursing School Study Guide after seeing how many brilliant, capable students were struggling not because they weren't smart enough, but because they didn't have the right tools. That guide has now reached tens of thousands of nursing students worldwide and what started as one resource has grown into a full ecosystem of study tools, ebooks, planners and content designed to carry you from your very first class all the way to passing your NCLEX.

Beyond products, I show up for nursing students through coaching, content and community. Whether you need help navigating nursing school, building a business or growing your brand, I bring the same energy to all of it: practical, clear and real.

I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Nursing Education and building NurseVarsity, a next generation practice question app designed specifically for nursing school exams and the NCLEX. It gives students structured practice, performance insight and real readiness when it matters most.

When I'm not working, I protect my quiet. Routine, stillness and space to reset are what keep me grounded and fully present in the work I do.
