Processing and Shipping Times:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Available shipping methods include:
- USPS Priority Express: Next-day delivery service anywhere within the United States.
- USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivers within 2-4 business days.
- USPS Ground Advantage: Typically delivers within 4-7 business days. This is our only free shipping option, available for physical orders totaling over $100 before taxes and shipping fees.
All estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are subject to potential delays.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Delivery Issues:
Once an order has been successfully dispatched from our warehouse, mylifeassugar.com is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer at checkout.
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. However, we are committed to supporting you throughout the process and can provide any necessary information to help resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping Policy
1. Where and how we ship
Canada
• UPS Standard: arrives about 6–7 business days after we hand it to UPS.
• UPS Worldwide Expedited: usually delivered in roughly 2 business days after hand‑off.
Nigeria
• We keep part of our inventory in our Lagos warehouse. There are two ways your order may ship:
- If the item is in Lagos:
- Your order ships after our standard processing time (1-3 business days).
- You pay only a $10 local delivery fee to anywhere in Nigeria.
- Pay at checkout on the website, or email hello@mylifeassugar.com or use the Contact page to request our Nigeria bank account details if you prefer to pay in Naira at the USD equivalent.
- If the item is not in Lagos:
- We ship from the U.S. using our international carriers.
- After payment, we confirm your shipping method and transit time by email.
All other countries
• DHL Express. Parcels reach most destinations in 2–5 business days after we ship.
Weekly dispatch schedule: all international orders leave our warehouse on Friday. Place your order by Thursday 11:59 PM (your local time) if you want it on that week’s truck; later orders go the following Friday.
Local Nigeria shipments from Lagos follow our standard processing time rather than the Friday schedule.
2. Customs, taxes, and duties
Your country may charge import fees, VAT, or other taxes. These costs are set by local authorities and are paid by you. We do not collect or estimate them ahead of time. If you need details, please ask your customs office before ordering.
3. Tracking your package
Right after we ship, you will get an email with a tracking link from DHL or UPS. If the email is missing 24 hours after dispatch, check your spam folder or write to hello@mylifeassugar.com.
4. Special notes for customers in Nigeria
Local stock in Lagos
- If your item is in our Lagos warehouse, we ship after our standard processing time and you pay a flat $10 local delivery fee anywhere in Nigeria.
How to pay
- Pay online at checkout as usual, or
- Pay in Naira by bank transfer. Email hello@mylifeassugar.com or use the Contact page and we will send our Nigeria bank account details. We quote the day’s USD to NGN rate so you can pay the USD equivalent in Naira.
- After you transfer, send a screenshot or payment slip so we can verify and ship.
5. Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please double‑check the address you enter at checkout. We cannot refund or reship packages that were delivered to an address entered incorrectly, or marked “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located.
If tracking shows “delivered” and you don’t have the parcel, contact the carrier first (DHL or UPS). We will supply any paperwork they ask for during their investigation.
