Nurse Sugar Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Nurse Sugar affiliate program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as an affiliate of Sugar Ventures LLC ("Nurse Sugar," "My life as Sugar" "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by these terms.


If you do not agree to these terms, do not register as an affiliate.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Nurse Sugar affiliate program, you must:


  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have an active platform such as a social media account, blog, podcast, YouTube channel, or website with genuine engagement

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when signing up

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction

  • Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of My Life As Sugar LLC


We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate account credentials. You agree to notify the Nurse Sugar Care Team immediately at collabs@mylifeassugar.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.


You may not transfer, sell, or assign your affiliate account to another person or entity.

3. Commission Structure

Commission Rate

Approved affiliates earn a flat 10% commission on every qualifying sale referred through their unique affiliate link or coupon code.

How Commission Is Calculated

Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after discounts, excluding:


  • Shipping costs

  • Sales tax

  • Gift card purchases

  • Refunded or cancelled orders


Example: An order with a $100 subtotal, a 15% discount applied, $10 shipping, and $7 sales tax results in:


  • Discounted subtotal: $85

  • Commission base: $85

  • Affiliate commission: $8.50

Tracking and Attribution

Sales are tracked through your unique affiliate link or coupon code using a tracking cookie that lasts 30 days from the customer's first click. We use last-click attribution, meaning if a customer clicks multiple affiliate links before purchasing, the most recent affiliate receives credit for the sale.


Commissions are subject to verification and may be reversed if the associated order is refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent.

4. Payouts

Minimum Payout Threshold

You must earn a minimum balance of $100 USD before requesting a payout. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the next payout cycle.

Payout Schedule

Commissions are paid out on a Net-30 basis, meaning a sale becomes eligible for payout 30 days after the order is placed and confirmed as delivered without refund or chargeback. This window allows time for returns and refunds to settle.

Payment Methods

Payouts are processed via PayPal. You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address in your affiliate dashboard. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect payment information.

Tax Responsibility

Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes on commissions earned. We may require U.S.-based affiliates earning more than $600 in a calendar year to provide a completed Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes.

5. Promotion Guidelines

Allowed Promotion Methods

You may promote Nurse Sugar through:


  • Personal social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat)

  • Personal blogs and websites

  • Podcasts and video content

  • Email newsletters to your own opted-in subscribers

  • In-person recommendations and word-of-mouth

Prohibited Promotion Methods

The following promotion methods are strictly prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture and potential termination:


  • Coupon and discount sites including RetailMeNot, Honey, Slickdeals, Groupon, and similar platforms

  • Paid search advertising that bids on Nurse Sugar branded keywords ("Nurse Sugar," "My Life As Sugar," "mylifeassugar," product names, or any variations or misspellings thereof)

  • Spam of any kind, including unsolicited emails, comments, direct messages, or text messages

  • Fake reviews or testimonials about Nurse Sugar products

  • Misleading claims about products, including unverified medical or educational outcomes

  • Self-purchases through your own affiliate link or coupon code

  • Cookie stuffing or any technique that drops affiliate cookies without genuine user intent

  • Bot traffic, click farms, or any artificial means of generating clicks or conversions

  • Adult, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content alongside Nurse Sugar promotions

  • Trademark bidding on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, or any other paid platform using Nurse Sugar names or product names

  • Domain squatting or registering domains that include Nurse Sugar branding

FTC Disclosure Requirement

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Nurse Sugar in all promotional content, in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides. Acceptable disclosure language includes:


  • "#ad"

  • "#affiliate"

  • "Affiliate link"

  • "I earn a commission if you buy through this link"


Disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and placed before the affiliate link or call to action. Hashtag-only disclosures buried in long captions do not satisfy this requirement.

6. Trademark and Brand Usage

You may use the Nurse Sugar name, logo, and product images solely for the purpose of promoting Nurse Sugar through approved channels. You may not:


  • Modify the Nurse Sugar logo or brand assets

  • Imply official endorsement or partnership beyond an affiliate relationship

  • Use Nurse Sugar branding in your own social media handles, domain names, or business names

  • Create content that could be confused with official Nurse Sugar marketing


We may provide approved marketing materials in your affiliate dashboard. Use of these materials is preferred but not required.

7. Customer Service

All customer service inquiries from your referrals must be directed to the Nurse Sugar Care Team at hello@mylifeassugar.com. Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Nurse Sugar.


You may not handle returns, refunds, or order modifications on behalf of Nurse Sugar customers.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a customer returns a product, requests a refund, or initiates a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed and deducted from your affiliate balance. If your balance becomes negative, you are responsible for repaying the difference, which may be deducted from future commissions.

9. Termination

By You

You may close your affiliate account at any time by logging into your dashboard or contacting collabs@mylifeassugar.com. Outstanding commissions above the $100 threshold will be paid out at the next scheduled payout cycle, provided your account is in good standing.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:


  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions

  • Suspected fraud or fraudulent activity

  • Promotion methods that damage the Nurse Sugar brand

  • Inactivity (no referred sales for 12 consecutive months)

  • Disrespectful or abusive conduct toward Nurse Sugar staff or customers


Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.

10. No Guarantee of Earnings

We make no guarantee that you will earn any commissions through participation in this program. Earnings depend entirely on your promotional efforts, audience size, and engagement. Past performance of other affiliates is not indicative of your potential earnings.

11. Independent Contractor Relationship

You acknowledge that participation in the affiliate program does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between you and My Life As Sugar LLC. You are an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your business operations, taxes, and conduct.

12. Confidentiality

You may not share confidential information provided by Nurse Sugar, including but not limited to non-public commission rates, internal communications, unreleased product details, or business strategy, with any third party without prior written consent.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered affiliate email address. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Life As Sugar LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the affiliate program.


Our total liability to you under these terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Life As Sugar LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your promotional activities, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and My Life As Sugar LLC regarding the affiliate program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
