Orders are processed within 3-7 business days and ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 days to arrive anywhere in the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

Once your order has been successfully dispatched from our warehouse, mylifeassugar.com cannot be held responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer at checkout. We also cannot be responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. In the event that your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier to investigate. However, we will be here to support you and provide any necessary information to help resolve the issue.

Please note that international orders are shipped every Friday. To ensure that your order is included in the Friday shipment, please place your order by Thursday, 11:59 PM (your local time). Orders placed after this deadline will be shipped on the following Friday.

Customs and Duty Fees:

All international shipments may be subject to customs, taxes, and import duties, depending on the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable fees upon receiving the order.
