Domestic Shipping (United States)

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Available shipping methods include:

    1. USPS Priority Express: Next-day delivery service to most U.S. addresses.

    2. USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivers within 2-4 business days.

    3. USPS Ground Advantage: Typically delivers within 4-7 business days. This is our only free shipping option, available for physical orders totaling over $100 before taxes and shipping fees.

All estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are subject to potential delays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Delivery Issues (Domestic)

Once your order has been successfully dispatched from our warehouse, MyLifeAsSugar.com cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. However, we are here to support you and can provide any necessary information to help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At MyLifeAsSugar.com, we are proud to offer worldwide shipping to ensure that our products reach as many customers as possible. To facilitate smooth international delivery, we have partnered with DHL Express.

Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times

  • We ship to most countries using DHL Express.

  • Once shipped, international orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • International shipments are dispatched every Friday. To have your order included in the Friday shipment, place your order by Thursday, 11:59 PM (your local time). Orders placed after this cutoff ship the following Friday.

Customs and Duty Fees

  • All international shipments may be subject to customs, taxes, and import duties, depending on the destination country.

  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.

  • MyLifeAsSugar.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on potential fees before placing an order.

Order Tracking (International)
